REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for products in sellable condition in all original packaging and with all original contents within 30 days of purchase for a full credit, exchange, replacement, or case-by case refund, minus all shipping costs. Defective item returns shipping will be on the client. Non-defective items that are opened and/or missing components will be automatically rejected. All returns must be authorized first by phone or email.
Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns accepted on: e-Liquid, atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, drip tips, custom-made, special order, or clearance items.
Returns must be postmarked within one week of return approval. Please include a detailed note outlining any issues with return items. **PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR RETURNS TO BE PROCESSED, ONCE RECEIVED** Any misrepresenation of defects may result in a rejection of the return. In the event of a rejection return postage will be payed by the customer.

We cannot guarantee that a product's color will match exactly what you see on your computer screen, as all screens are different. If you are unsure of how a product will look in real life, we encourage you to contact us for more information before placing your order.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective or missing items from the order, the customer is responsible for letting us know via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt. The customer is to save all packaging and shipping materials until notified otherwise.
Customers may cancel an order at any point prior to shipment. If an item has already been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer an option. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel custom-made and special-order items.
We ship safe and secure via Fedex, UPS, & USPS within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Any order ($500 or more) will qualify for free economy shipping inside the Continential USA. For non-continental & international customers please contact us via phone or email for a shipping quote.
Most items are in stock and ready to ship. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you with an ETA, at which time you will have the option to refund the item, substitute for another of comparable value, or cancel your order. Custom-made items usually ship between 4 and 6 weeks after ordering. You will be notified via email with tracking information when your order ships out.
All shipment dates are approximate. We are not responsible for shipments arriving early or for delivery delays.
We will never share or sell your information with any third party. Your name, email, phone and address will be used solely for order-related communication and shipments. We do not store credit card information, which is ran securely to prevent interception by third parties. We use Google Site Stats for tracking sales made through our Google ads. Though none of your personal information is being used or recorded in any way, you may disable this cookie if you wish.
We only sell to business, you must send us a copy of your business tax ID.
