Mid Atlantic Distribution's Return Policy:
For all returns made with Mid Atlantic Distribution, please reach out to a Customer Service Representative in our Returns Department BEFORE initiating the Returns Process. You may contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (919) 472-4200. Any defective/damaged items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, as indicated by your tracking information. Our 14-Day Return Policy applies to manufacturing defects ONLY. All usage based defects will not be applicable for returns such as: issues caused by mistreatment, misuse of products, or general wear and tear. Once past the 14-day return window, you will need to contact the product manufacturer for your product return or replacement. Please be advised that any items that are returned without the Returns Process being properly initiated, or are outside the 14-day window, are subject to a return cancellation and you may receive partial or no credit for these goods. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding while MA Distro works to resolve your Return as quickly and efficiently as possible.
All Returns must include full original packaging, all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and any additional coils and replacement pods.
The following examples are NOT included in the warranty. Usage based defects include, but are not limited to:
• Batteries that have been dropped, Batteries that have been separated.
• Wires becoming exposed.
• Batteries that break inside a pocket, purse, or bag.
• Batteries that have been exposed to water.
• Bent Atomizers.
• Damage to products due to user negligence.
Items damaged by Miss-use, Improper care, or General Wear and Tear are not covered by our warranty policy.
Per rules and regulations, we have a NO RETURN Policy for all E-Liquids, E-Liquid Pods, Coils, and Replacement Pods. All sales on E-liquids, E-Liquid Pods, Coils, and Replacement Pods are FINAL, without exception. Please take note that with e-liquids, taste is subjective. Therefore, e-liquids that have been opened and/or used cannot be exchanged for another flavor or returned.
Return shipping costs and procedure is the sole responsibility of the customer. However, if you require assistance with shipping an item back please contact our Returns Department.
Upon receipt of a return, our Returns Department will inspect and test every product. We will also inspect to be sure all components, accessories, warranty cards, and additional coils/pods are included in return; without any visible physical damage to the product itself. If found defective, we will then issue a store credit or replacement product depending on the preferred method resolution by the customer. If a replacement device is not available, Mid Atlantic Distribution Inc. reserves the right to issue a store credit for the item(s).
All returns are subject to case by case exceptions. Please contact us if you are having a problem with a product purchased from Mid Atlantic Distribution Inc. We will always do our best to assist you.
We cannot guarantee that a product's color will match exactly what you see on your computer screen. If you are unsure of how a product will look in real life, we encourage you to contact us for more information before placing your order.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective or missing items from the order, the customer is responsible for letting us know via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt. The customer is to save all packaging and shipping materials until notified otherwise.
Customers reserve the right to cancel an order at any point prior to shipment. Although, once an order has already been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer an option. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel custom-made and special-order items.
